Our  Vegetarian Frittata  feeds 6- 8  people, easily for a picnic lunch or a light dinner!

Made with local free range eggs, from Coolah Valley Pastured Eggs.

Sautéed spinach and herbs, Grana padano, High Valley fetta and topped with vine tomatoes.

 The frittata can be heated in the oven sliced and covered  at 180'c for 20 minutes ( take off covering the last 5 minutes)  or in a microwave ( approximately 2-3 minutes per slice) or served at room temperature.

Perfect for a picnic | lunch | a light dinner | or grazing table.
