DELIVERY DAYS + ORDER CUT OFF
- We deliver Friday each week.
- All order's must be placed by 5pm Monday each week ( the only exception are grazing boxes these can be ordered 24 hours prior Wednesday - Sunday).
- If you have any questions about delivery and/or pick up please email us at the link below before placing your order.
DELIVERY TO MUDGEE CBD ONLY
NB : Please check the address of your accomodation as all Mudgee addresses share the 2850 postcode, whether within the CBD or not.
- OR arrange pick up from 234 Castlereagh Hwy, Burrundulla. Addresses at Mudgee guesthouses can be confusing!
DELIVERY TIMES
- We deliver between 11 - 5pm on Friday on all orders. We do not offer exact times. So please don't ask❤️.
- We will text on the day to let you know your delivery is on it's way.
PICKUP TIMES
- 11am - 3pm Thursday - Sunday
- Our Chow Café - 234 Castlereagh Hwy, Burrundulla, NSW 2850.
REFUNDS
If you are requiring a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. A fee of $10 minimum will be charged to cover processing. We MUST KNOW BY WEDNESDAY 11AM at the latest.
- If you need to cancel at the last minute - only 25% will be refunded.
