Roast potatoes and pumpkin
We have added a simple side to complete your roast lamb dinner.. or if you simply like roast vegetables.
We toss the chunks of potatoes and pumpkin in a mix of Mudgee Gold olive oil and canola oil, season them with Murray River salt flakes and freshly ground pepper.
We add some butter and rosemary from our garden for you to finish in your oven.
Roast at 180'c for 20-25mins.
