A new addition to our menu. Chicken thigh cutlets ( bone in) grilled and marinated in our own chermoula mix of fresh herbs, paprika, turmeric, garlic and lemon. Seasoned with Murray River salt. We cook them all them all the way through.

Enjoy hot or cold.

Simply reheat in the butter and verjuice at 190'c for moist and super tasty chicken.
