 Our Beef & Red Wine Stew serves 4ppl.

Our classic stew / ragu contains bacon, carrots, celery, onions and fresh herb. Cooked in our beef stock and Logan Apple Tree Flat Merlot . No nasties or weird flavour enhancers.

Simply heat the stew in the oven, covered, 5mins at 200'c

Or in a pot on the stove, or in the microwave at one minute intervals.
