Chunks of real chicken breast dipped in free range eggs and little big dairy-co milk and covered in Panko breadcrumbs. Fried in sunflower oil. Seasoned with Murray River salt flakes.

Lemon, house-made aioli and organic tomato sauce provided.

Simply re-heat in a hot (200'c oven for 10-12 minutes).
