Seasonal roast vegetables, quinoa, wild rocket, pepitas with a pomegranate molasses dressing and High Valley Fetta to make the salad extra decadent.  

Can be eaten at room temperature or pop the tray of roast veges in the oven for 20mins at 200'c.
