 Our Beef & Red Wine Stew serves 4ppl.

Our classic stew/ ragu contains bacon, carrots, celery, onions and fresh herb. Cooked in our beef stock and Logan Apple Tree Flat Shiraz. No nasties or weird flavour enhancers.

Simply heat the ragu and the gratin in the oven, for 25mins at 200'c

On the stove, oven on medium or in the microwave at one minute intervals.

Gluten free.
