Roast potatoes

Luxe roast potatoes. Like we do for weddings and events.

We roast the potatoes in olive oil and season with Murray River salt and cracked pepper. Then we pop fresh thyme and dollops of duck fat on them ready for you to finish them in your oven.

Heat at 200'c for 15 minutes. 

1.2 kg of potatoes - plenty to feed 6-8 guests.
