Nice fresh restaurant grade oysters from our supplier... Pacific oysters are larger, but we find they have  a clean fresh taste, from Tasmanian waters.

Sold by the dozen.

We have popped in a fresh lemon  and nuoc cham - a Vietnamese dipping sauce with lime, chilli, garlic and fish sauce and works beautifully with oysters.
