Made simply - a slow simmered ragu with beef and pork mince layered with béchamel and Grana Padano. ( Gluten free option available).

We now have a Vegetarian Lasagne: Pumpkin, spinach and ricotta, with a tomato sauce base and our bechamel. ( Gluten free option available).

Serves 6 generously, or 8 comfortably.
